Gary Quirke is Chief Executive Officer and founder of QueBIT Consulting. A Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, Gary has 15 years experience delivering best practice enterprise planning and performance management solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Gary's experience with multi-dimensional business planning and modeling software dates back to 1991 and he is recognized as an expert in this field. A regular contributor and speaker at industry events, Gary's experience and expertise covers a broad range of business sectors including Life Sciences, Retail, Healthcare, Automotive, Shipping and Consumer Packaged Goods. Gary launched QueBIT Consulting in 2000 with the goal to bring best practice enterprise planning and corporate performance management solutions to mid-market companies at a price point that was consistent with their value objectives. Gary is proud of QueBIT's achievements in delivering world class solutions to more than 250 very satisfied customers.

Catherine Jirak, CPA

COO & Principal

Catherine is the Chief Operating Officer for the regional consulting offices, responsible for all of the company’s operations including sales, service, and support. Catherine is co-partner of QueBIT Consulting and has been in the Enterprise Planning sector since 1996. She also plays a key role in the development of all partner relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace. Her career includes 10 years of enterprise planning consulting and 7 years of corporate experience, including Manager of Financial planning and analysis at CPC International, and Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick. Cathy has 20 years of business and technical experience focused on financial systems, and she was the principal of her own accounting service and software firm prior to QueBIT. Catherine holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton and is a member of the AICPA.

Richard F Creeth

Chief Technology Officer

Richard Creeth is the Chief Technology Officer for QueBIT Consulting. In the development of QueBIT products and solutions, Richard provides the vision for our TM1 offering, technical projects and future direction. Richard has extensive knowledge of, and experience with, technology consulting, application development and solution deployment. Richard was a founder of Creeth Richman Associates, acquired by QueBIT in 2008. Richard is an English Chartered Accountant, beginning with a "Big 6" accounting firm in the United Kingdom. After specializing in computerized financial reporting systems, Richard transferred to a US firm in 1979 to work on the development of a financial reporting package. With the advent of PC's in the early 1980's Richard was an early proponent of their use in accounting and financial reporting applications.

Richard's strengths are his considerable experience in programming and systems design coupled with his knowledge of accounting and business.

Richard takes an active interest in a variety of professional and business groups. He is a past president of the Association of Chartered Accountants in the United States and currently serves as a Selectman in the town of Wilton, CT.. He is a frequent speaker and writer on the subject of financial analytics and related subjects such as Data Warehousing and OLAP. Richard was one of the original authors of  The OLAP Report, a 600 page research report into the On-Line Analytical Processing marketplace.

Kim Weber, CPA

Director of Service Administration

Kim Weber is Director of Consulting Service for QueBIT. Kim delivers exceptional Performance Management (PM) solutions to clients through superior performance and execution on a sustained basis. He contributed to the growth of an exceptional PM practice through focused, collaborative leadership and mentoring. Kim was named the PM Practice MVP for FY 2007 and Cognos Finance Consultant of the Year for FY 2003. Kim has designed and implemented Performance Management solutions based on client business, financial planning and financial reporting requirements. He developed solutions with comprehensive design documents to facilitate implementation of solutions and their component applications. His experience includes: applications designed for Budgeting, Financial Planning, Financial Consolidation and Reporting, Cost Allocations, Currency Translations, Financial Reporting and Management Activities.

Kim is a CPA, with a BS degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master’s Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.

Mike Kneapler

Director of Sales

As Director of Sales for QueBIT, Mike brings thirty years of software sales and management experience including ERP, Supply Chain, Financial Planning and Data Collection software solutions. Mike has a proven track record developing new territories and consistently producing results .With his accounting background and software sales experience providing win/win solutions to upper level management, Mike is ideally suited to this role with QueBIT. Mike has established excellent relationships with many of the various Cognos/IBM sales teams, and he has been instrumental in bringing many new opportunities to Cognos/IBM. Throughout his career, Mike has developed numerous successful sales initiatives from the ground up in a variety of accounting and software applications. Mike has an accounting degree from The University of South Florida.
