Performance Management Consultant
Role and Responsibilities: QueBIT is looking for team members whose primary role will be to design, develop and implement superior innovative solutions using the IBM Cognos Information Management software toolset for our Performance Management clients.
Candidates must be versatile and accomplished professionals looking to make their mark in Performance Management consulting. We are looking for people passionate in solving client business problems, creating exceptional solutions for our clients and contributing to the success of their businesses. Entry Level Consultants/Software Developers
We provide a variety of services to Fortune 500 companies including the development of business intelligence and financial reporting systems, custom software systems, Web pages and off site LAN administration.
Our goal is to expand our team of consultants with personable, creative and highly motivated individuals who have knowledge of and/or experience in OLAP and Internet technologies, as well as systems design and programming experience using procedural and object oriented languages. Applicants would be able to work with clients to understand their business problems, and then use their technical skills to design and implement creative solutions.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and should possess the following:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent programming skills
- Experience in implementing accounting & business intelligence systems
- Minor in business, finance or accounting a plus
- Good writing and communication skills
- Ability to develop creative solutions, work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
